Plate Ring Anchor

Chontan plate ring anchors supplied by China are intended for usage in thin flat concrete units such as precast concrete garages, casting in floor or roof slab, and must be used in conjunction with additional reinforcement. The plate anchor with erection anchor head permits high angled pull for handling units in areas with a very restricted access hight.

Sandwich Panel Anchor

Chontan Sandwich Panel Anchor is intended for lifting insulated precast elements. Keep the anchor in the main structural element and the lifting point close to the panel's gravity line. The design allows the unit to be lifted in a straight position for usage in sandwich walls. Always use in conjunction with additional reinforcement.

Flat Anchor

Chontan Flat Anchor supplied by China is alternative to the plate anchor. Flat anchors be used in conjunction with additional reinforcing. Horizontal reinforcement bars placed across the base provide support for it. Anchors be exploited to its fullest extent for both lifting and turning with this form of load transfer.

Unilateral Erection Anchor

Its shape makes it particularly suitable for thin components. A semi-circular notch is provided for fitting of the turning reinforcement.

Spread Anchor

This versatile anchor can be used in the face, back or edge of panels for back stripping and rotation from horizontal to vertical. This anchor can be pulled in any direction if minimum edge distance is maintained.

Erection Anchor

Chontan Erection Anchors contain additional holes for attaching the required additional reinforcement, and they are specifically made for turning precast units. The additional shoulders on the anchor's head contact with the spread anchor ring clutch and absorb shear loads that would typically be supported by the anchor's created pocket's thin edge.

Two Hole Anchor

Chontan Two Hole Anchor from China When there is limited concrete strength or a thin slab, the full safe working load can be reached by inserting a tension bar in the second hole.
