The Chontan Spread Anchor supplied by China is designed with a spread-foot that produces exceptional pull-out capacity. This versatile anchor can be used in the face, back or edge of panels for back stripping and rotation from horizontal to vertical. This anchor can be pulled in any direction if minimum edge distance is maintained.

Chontan Spread Anchors are used in conjunction with a recess forming and ring clutch to lift precast components. It can lift both narrow wall and slab units. It can be used in certain applications without the requirement for additional reinforcement. The forces are distributed through the anchor's tail. There is a second hole for further reinforcement if required.
