Chontan straight type erection anchor from China is designed for lifting and transporting thin-walled precast pieces from horizontal to vertical edges. It features a "split-foot" design that disperses applied loads and improves pullout capability.
Chontan straight type erection anchor is designed for edge lifting to vertical and shear rotation in thin walled concrete elements. Safe working loads can be achieved while edge lifting thin wall panels with low psi concrete by utilizing a shear bar. The convex side of the anchor provides proper placement of the shear bar.

· Based on a 4:1 safety factor Superior Design Two steel protrusions or "ears" on the head of the anchor provides added protection against spalling. These ears hug either side of the ring clutch, restricting its rotation during lateral pulls. As a result, lateral forces are transmitted directly to the edges of the anchor instead of the concrete.
For small size, pack it in bags first, and then pack it in plywood box, and for big size, pack it in plywood box directly.
We do tensile testing as a QCM during the production process, perform dimensional inspection, tensile testing before to shipment, and issue EATHU reports for clients. All production processes are carried out in line with ISO9001 standards.
