In contrast to the conventional method of screwing a nut and other mechanical fastening ways, precast concrete shuttering magnets (magnet box) are developed for fixing precast concrete shuttering.
In contrast to the conventional method of screwing a nut and other mechanical fastening ways, precast concrete shuttering magnets (magnet box) are developed for fixing precast concrete shuttering.
Permanent neodymium magnets, which have a powerful gripping force, are used to create the shuttering magnet. The magnet blocks can be in the working or closed condition without an external power source by using the ON/OFF button to change the internal magnetic strength. When the magnet box is functioning, the platform is firmly held by the touching surface.
Most of the gripping force is insulated and significantly decreased when using a lever to pull up the button, making it simple to remove the magnet box.
